This Privacy Policy explains how Fengxuan Liu ("we", "us", or "the developer") handles information in connection with the Pocket Money Tracker mobile application ("the App"). It has been prepared in line with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (個人情報保護法, "APPI") and the requirements of the Apple App Store. Pocket Money Tracker is designed to keep your financial information private. The App works entirely on your device:
The only time information is processed outside your device is when you choose to purchase a subscription, which is handled by Apple and our subscription provider (described in Sections 3–5).
When you use the App, the following is saved locally on your device using your device's standard local storage:
This information stays on your device. It is not transmitted to us and we cannot access it. You remain in control of it at all times — you can export it, or remove it by deleting it within the App or by uninstalling the App.
The App offers an optional paid subscription. If you choose to subscribe, the purchase is processed by:
In connection with a subscription, the following may be processed by these providers: an anonymous app user identifier generated by RevenueCat (not linked to your name or email), purchase and transaction information, your App Store receipt, your country or region, and basic device and operating-system information used by the purchase systems.
We do not receive your name, email address, payment card details, or your financial data through this process. From RevenueCat we may see aggregated and anonymized subscription information (for example, how many subscriptions are active), but not your personal financial records.
We use the limited information described in Section 3 only for the following purposes:

To provide subscriptions, the information in Section 3 is handled by the following third parties, which are located outside Japan, in the United States:
Because these providers are located in the United States, your purchase-related information is transferred outside Japan and handled under the data-protection framework of that country. By making a purchase, you consent to this transfer. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
The App does not display advertisements. It does not contain advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs, and it does not track you across other apps or websites.
Because your financial data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to us, it is protected by your device's own security. In addition, the App offers an optional PIN lock you can enable to restrict access to the App on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device and PIN secure.
Data stored on your device remains until you delete it within the App or uninstall the App. Subscription-related information is retained by Apple and RevenueCat in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
Under the APPI, you may request the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of provision to third parties of personal information that we hold about you.
Because we do not hold your financial data (it remains on your device), you can exercise direct control over it at any time by deleting it within the App or uninstalling the App. For any request concerning subscription-related information, or any other request under the APPI, please contact us at fengxuan.liu07@gmail.com. You may also contact Apple or RevenueCat directly regarding information they hold.
The App is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be reflected in the App or on this page.

本プライバシーポリシーは、Fengxuan Liu（以下「当方」といいます）が、モバイルアプリケーション「Pocket Money Tracker」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）に関連して取り扱う情報について説明するものです。本ポリシーは、日本の個人情報の保護に関する法律（以下「個人情報保護法」といいます）およびApple App Storeの要件に沿って定めています。ご不明な点は fengxuan.liu07@gmail.com までご連絡ください。
Pocket Money Tracker は、お客様の家計情報を保護するよう設計されています。本アプリは、お客様の端末内のみで動作します。
端末外で情報が処理されるのは、お客様がサブスクリプションを購入された場合のみであり、その処理はAppleおよび当方のサブスクリプション管理事業者が行います（第3項〜第5項参照）。
本アプリのご利用時、以下の情報が端末の標準的なローカルストレージを用いて端末内に保存されます。
これらの情報は端末内にとどまり、当方へ送信されることはなく、当方がアクセスすることもできません。お客様は常にこれらの情報を管理でき、エクスポートしたり、本アプリ内で削除したり、本アプリをアンインストールすることで消去できます。
本アプリは、任意の有料サブスクリプションを提供しています。購入される場合、その処理は以下により行われます。
サブスクリプションに関連して、これらの事業者により以下の情報が処理される場合があります：RevenueCatが生成する匿名のアプリ利用者識別子（お客様の氏名やメールアドレスとは紐づきません）、購入・取引情報、App Storeのレシート、国・地域、購入システムが利用する端末およびOSの基本情報。
当方は、この処理を通じてお客様の氏名、メールアドレス、クレジットカード情報、家計データを受領することはありません。RevenueCatからは、集計・匿名化されたサブスクリプション情報（例：有効なサブスクリプション数）を確認する場合がありますが、お客様個人の家計記録を確認することはありません。
当方は、第3項に記載の限定的な情報を、以下の目的のためにのみ利用します。
当方は、お客様の同意なく、これら以外の目的でこの情報を利用しません。
サブスクリプションを提供するため、第3項の情報は、日本国外（米国）に所在する以下の第三者により取り扱われます。
これらの事業者は米国に所在するため、購入に関連するお客様の情報は日本国外に移転され、当該国の個人情報の保護に関する制度の下で取り扱われます。購入を行うことにより、お客様はこの移転に同意したものとみなされます。当方は、お客様の個人情報を第三者に販売しません。
本アプリは広告を表示しません。広告SDKや第三者の分析SDKを含んでおらず、他のアプリやウェブサイトをまたいでお客様を追跡することもありません。
お客様の家計データは端末内のみに保存され、当方に送信されないため、お客様の端末自身のセキュリティによって保護されます。加えて、本アプリは、端末上での本アプリへのアクセスを制限するために有効化できる任意のPINロックを提供しています。端末およびPINの安全な管理はお客様の責任において行ってください。
端末内に保存されたデータは、お客様が本アプリ内で削除するか、本アプリをアンインストールするまで保持されます。サブスクリプションに関連する情報は、AppleおよびRevenueCatがそれぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従って保持します。
個人情報保護法に基づき、お客様は、当方が保有するお客様の個人情報について、開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止、第三者提供の停止を請求することができます。
当方はお客様の家計データを保有していない（端末内にとどまる）ため、お客様は、本アプリ内で削除するか本アプリをアンインストールすることで、いつでも当該データを直接管理できます。サブスクリプションに関連する情報についての請求、その他個人情報保護法に基づく請求については、fengxuan.liu07@gmail.com までご連絡ください。AppleまたはRevenueCatが保有する情報については、各社へ直接お問い合わせいただくこともできます。
本アプリは子どもを対象としておらず、当方が子どもから故意に個人情報を収集することはありません。
当方は、本プライバシーポリシーを随時更新することがあります。更新した場合は、上記の「最終更新日」を改訂します。重要な変更は、本アプリ内または本ページに反映します。
